SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS

We are currently shipping our product only within the United States. We will do our best to ship all items after two business days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of your order. We ship via UPS GROUND. We also offer some expedited shipping methods at an extra cost. Please contact us at the following email: [email protected]. UPS SECOND DAY AIR - NOT COVERED BY DROMEDARIS. UPS NEXT DAY AIR - NOT COVERED BY DROMEDARIS. We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses. Ground shipping is free of charge for full priced items. No Free Shipping on discounted items. Additional charges will be added to your bill for expedited shipments, based on service and location. We cannot offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. If you would like to have your order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please send us a request for a shipping quote here. Please include what you would like to order and the shipping address for the order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders will only be shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders are charged immediately no matter if it is a credit or debit card. Most orders will be picked and shipped as soon as your online purchase is completed. We will try our best to ship your order within 1-2 full business days, once your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address. ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Dromedaris footwear is exclusively produced in Portugal and sourced with the highest quality and reliability in mind. If for any reason you should encounter a problem with your footwear please contact us immediately. We accept returns for new unworn footwear purchased directly through www.dromedaris.us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned footwear. Footwear must be returned in its original box with all original packaging. A restocking fee of $6.00 will be assessed if the original packaging has been damaged or filler items are missing. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that we have credited your account. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process and post your refund. Refunds are given for new footwear in sellable condition only. Note: Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn.

FOR CLEARENCE PURCHASES NO RETURNS ALLOWED

All items purchased on Outlet, Sale or Unique Samples are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If we receive a returned Clearance item, the package will be returned to you. No refund will be issued.

EXCHANGES

Our warehouse does not send out exchanges automatically. Your credit card will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes your return. LIMITED WARRANTY

Dromedaris Footwear products have a one-year warranty against defective workmanship and/or materials. After inspection, all products deemed defective by Dromedaris will be repaired, replaced or credited. If you have an issue regarding your Dromedaris purchase, please start by reviewing our Limited Warranty posted above. If you feel your issue is subject to this warranty we encourage you to first check with the retailer where they were purchased. They are in the best position to take care of your ongoing needs. If you are not satisfied with the retailer's response and still believe your issue falls within the Limited Warranty, please contact us. We will review and respond to your request as quick as possible.
